Premier Park Road London, is an example of how tight time and budget constraints were overcome to convert a 33,000 square feet warehouse within just 24 weeks following a change in Tesco’s procurement policy.

Leading food manufacturer Katsouris Fresh Foods Ltd approached MTC to convert the existing warehouse into a temperature controlled ready meal picking warehouse.

To accommodate the client’s requirement for level loading, a raised loading area was built - integrating 5 dock levellers and 2, 2-way, forklift friendly ramps at each end.

The building façade had to be maintained to prevent external location of compressors and condensers which was overcome by replacing first and ground floor windows with input and exhaust louvers and specially manufactured internal condensers and access platforms.
